Refund & Replacement Policy

SparkVolts believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal policy.


1. Warranty Policy

Please review these policies carefully, as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at sparkvolts.com. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at Sparkvolts.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.


  1. The protective film or warranty seal should not have any reposition traces.
  2. The part should not be physically damaged.
  3. No modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item.
  4. The warranty doesn’t cover careless usage of the item (ingress of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misuse of voltage, and other external factors).
  5. The protective film and warranty seals on the LCD and touchscreen should be intact. Before taking off the protective film and seals, please check if the LCD or touchscreen is working. If you remove it, it means you accept the product, and the warranty is void.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a product order before your product has been shipped, we will refund you the entire amount of the product. If you cancel a product order after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following.

1. If your product has been shipped, then the customer has to pay the cancellation shipment courier charges.
2. If you received the product, then it will be eligible for product replacement only in case of a defect or damage found with the product. You can refer to our replacement guarantee for that.
3. We do not refund the amount under the following conditions. We will issue iPoints for a similar value of the product, which a customer can later use in future purchases from our website. (phone repaired, changed my mind, not interested, technician not accept these parts, repaired the phone another way, and more…)

Please note: All spares and accessories are insured against theft and damage incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact our customer care on (079) 2550-7147; we will try to solve the issue as early as possible. Please inform us within the same 24 hours; otherwise, we cannot accept a replacement or refund claim.


3. Refund policy

1. Upon purchasing our products, if you encounter a defective* item or receive a product different from the specifications listed on the site, kindly notify us within 24 hours of product receipt. After confirmation from the Sparkvolts team, please return the item to us within 3 working days. We will promptly process your refund on the same day the product arrives at our facility.
2. After 24 hours of the delivery, product damage or manufacturing defect claims will not be covered under warranty or for a refund.
3. Refunds are applicable only in cases where a defective or incorrect product has been received.
4. Upon receiving a confirmation email from us regarding your refund request, be assured that we have initiated the process and are actively coordinating with financial institutions to facilitate the refund
5. Once the refund is initiated from our end, the credited amount will reflect in your original payment method within 3 – 7 working days.
6. Occasionally, financial institutions may take additional time to process refund requests. If the refund has not been completed by the promised date, feel free to contact us, and we will gladly assist you.
