1. Delivery Policy

Sparkvolts.com provides free* prepaid shipping to 180 countries

Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. Sparkvolts.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time as promised to on our website.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

2. Return postage
We cannot afford the return shipment postage or package charges.

3. Missing item or received the wrong item

When you (the buyer) get the package, if you find there are some items missing from your order or we sent you incorrect items, please keep all the items in their original condition and also keep the packing stuff, weigh all the items together with the packing, then take some photos of them and send us the photos by email. Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of the package. We will investigate the case when we get your email. If the case is true, we will send you the missing item or the correct item (sometimes you may be requested to return the incorrect item). Do not approve a refund for the wrong items ordered.

After receiving the incorrect product, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

• The photos or video of the incorrect item
• The photos, video, or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item

4. Get damaged items, DOA (dead on arrival)

When you (the buyer) get the package, if you find the item is damaged (cracked) in appearance, immediately contact the carrier and us. If the item does not work (DOA), do not try to modify parts or remove the lamination guard. Please take photos of the item, including the package, and send us the photos by email.

• The warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (courier company). We recommend that you carefully check the package contents according to the packing list in front of a postal service or shipping company representative.

In this case, please kindly provide us with the proofs as below:

• The photos of the original Sparkvolts.com package with front and back sides
• The photos or video of the defective item
• The photos, video, or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item

5. Return Unsatisfied Products

If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, then just return it within 3 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover the shipping costs both ways. And please make sure the items you send back to us are in the original packaging and the merchandise is in the same condition. Sparkvolts have full rights to make decisions about refunds.

6. Estimated delivery time for out-of-India customers.
1. Normally, a product is delivered in 10 – 30 working days for out-of-India locations.
2. If the customer agreed to pay an additional 35 USD in shipping charges, we could deliver in 10 working days.

7. Estimated delivery time for India.

Normally, a product is delivered in 3 – 10 working days
As soon as we ship an item, you will get an email with the courier company name and the tracking number for the same. You can track your product online on the respective courier company’s website. You can always contact us if you find a delay in the delivery of an item; our customer care executive will help you with the same.

Please note that we ship all orders through Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, Aramex, and professional and overnight courier services. In case of no service, we dispatch your orders via speed post, which is also traceable.

8. Warranty Days Calculation

Warranty days are calculated from the delivery date. So please keep in mind before purchasing
